not sure if i'm in but here goes.
as in previous emails i have mentioned the
difficulties of finding free wifi in germany...
it still is!
we did, at one time, find spotty wifi in wurzburg
but not so far. here in dresden there are lots of
networks but none that i can tap into. thus we
must resort to the hotel box and webmail.
dresden is something else. after being bombed
pretty much flat in ww2, the rebuilding has begun
and will continue for some time. structures from
the 1500s are ringed by contempory buildings, of
the same style, containing internationally known,
high-end clothing shops a la robsonstrasse.
the place is crawling with visitors which should
prepare us for prague.
the food is great, the beer is fine. unfortunately
i cannot supply images to the blog as i cannot
move them (havn't found a way) online.
