pilsner urquell! thats all tha can be said.
except for going to t tanknova (i think that's
correct). a pub where the bee is bought in
from the brewery t a large tank and should
be sold within a week or so. fresh, tasty and
available. done it! and probably agian tomorrow.
side order of grilled pork belly and we're set.
tomorrow the workshop begins and some tips
on how to get creative. perhaps i'll order some
grilled sausage or pork knuckle.
